our process
Attract, Impress, Convert
At Accent Prone, we approach commercial design with a clear understanding of what your space needs to do: attract, impress, and convert. Whether you’re developing model apartments, leasing offices, or clubhouse amenities, our commercial design services are tailored to make that process seamless. From design to delivery, we handle it all:
Concept + Curation: we develop a cohesive plan with layouts, moodboards, and a thoughtful selection of furniture, finishes, and accents.
Sourcing + Coordination: we manage ordering, tracking, and logistics to ensure everything arrives smoothly and on schedule. All items are safely stored at our private warehouse until your install day.
Installation + Styling: we bring the space to life with white glove delivery full setup and styling, delivering a polished, ready-to-use environment.
From furniture to finishing touches, we design with your end goal in mind: spaces that photograph beautifully, stand out in a competitive market, and leave a lasting impression on every walk-through.

Discovery Call, Contract, and Deposit
To get started, we ask that you schedule a free, virtual consultation with our design team using the form at the bottom of this page. Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to you to arrange your appointment. In this initial meeting, we will discuss your goals for your space(s), get a rough estimate of your budget, and learn how we can make it happen within your specified timeline.
If you’re ready to officially move forward with Accent Prone Interiors after our meeting, your designer will send a contract for you to review and calculate your initial deposit based on the scope of your project. This deposit must be paid before we move through the subsequent phases of your project. This deposit covers:
• On-site consultation with your designer where we will learn about your vision for your space(s), and take all necessary photos and measurements.
• Space plans and mood board curation highlighting different options/designs for your space.
• Item procurement and storage.
This deposit covers service fees only. All furniture and decor selections will be invoiced at a later stage.
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, your project will move through the following phases:

phase one
On-Site Consultation
An on-site consultation is when your designer will translate your property’s goals into a plan, and make strategic decisions that will shape how the space looks, functions, and leases.
On-site visits typically include the following:
• Walkthrough + Vision Alignment: your designer will tour the space and ask questions to get an idea of your target demographic, brand positioning and strategy, and the overall feeling you want to bring to the space (luxury, relaxed, modern, family-friendly, etc.)
• Layout Planning: your designer will take all necessary measurements to identify focal points, optimize flow and functionality, define zones (for clubhouse spaces), and map out furniture placement.
• Practicality + Durability Recommendations: your designer will pinpoint where high-performance materials are needed and determine appropriate furniture scale.

Space Planning + Curation
Instead of broad ideas, this phase defines exactly how the space will function, look, and feel, before any orders are placed.
• Establish Design Direction: finalize furniture placement and focal points.
• Moodboard Curation: furniture concepts, accent direction, color and texture layering.
• Furniture + Decor Selections: anchor furniture and supporting items.

From custom upholstery to outdoor patio furniture, our extensive catalogue of offerings allows us to perfectly tailor your space to meet your needs in both form and function. In addition to a wide variety of offerings, we are able to secure competitive pricing through our trusted vendor partners.
phase three
Procurement + Construction
Once you approve your final design plan, we will move into the item procurement phase. During this phase, your designer will:
• Place all necessary furniture orders
• Store your purchases until your install day.
• Offer assistance in arranging any contract or construction work that needs to be completed prior to your install day. This may include painting, wainscoting, and/or wallpaper application.
Turnaround time for install day is dependent on furniture selections and the scope of necessary construction work. Your designer will communicate timing with you throughout the process. Install day will be scheduled once all furniture arrives at our warehouse.

Delivery and Install
The big day is here! Final furnishings, artwork, lighting, and accessories are delivered to the property. During your install day, your designer will oversee the entire installation process, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved vision, so
that your completed space is ready for reveal, photography, and resident use.
• Furniture is placed according to the finalized floor plans and layouts.
• Artwork, mirrors, and wall décor are professionally installed for a polished finish.
• Styling elements and accessories are layered throughout the space to create warmth, personality, and visual impact.
• Our team conducts a thorough quality check to ensure all pieces are installed correctly and in pristine condition.
• Any final adjustments are made to optimize functionality, flow, and guest experience.
To ensure smooth delivery and installation of your items, please make sure that walkways are clear and that there is adequate space for our delivery team to maneuver the items into your home. Delivery personnel will not remove old furnishings.
Following install day, you will receive a final invoice that covers:
1) Install day designer time billed at a rate of $150 per hour.
During this time, your designer will oversee safe delivery of all furniture items, hang curtains and art, and style all furniture with accessories.
2) Any finishing touches used in your design.
On install day, your designer will bring a handpicked selection of accessories to style your space with. This may include items such as vases, baskets, greenery, decorative objects (sculptural pieces, beads, etc.), books, and textiles.

To get started with commercial design, please use the form below to set up a discovery call! To ensure we make the most out of our initial meeting together, please have the following information available:
• Project Scope: is this a single room, multi-space renovation, or only new furnishings/decor?
• Photos and Measurements (if available): so we can get on the same page about your project, we'd love to see a few photos of your space and along with a rough estimate of the dimensions we are working with. Don't worry about being thorough at this stage. Your designer will gather photos and accurate measurements during your on-site appointment!
• Budget Range: knowing your budget will help us tailor any initial recommendations for your space. If you're not sure about your budget yet, no worries! We're happy to talk through your ideas and help you gauge what to expect.
• Timeline: do you need your space completed before or after a specific date (before holidays, move-in date, new baby)?
• General Style Preferences: we'd love to use this consultation to get a general idea of your vision! We will revisit your style preferences and ideas more thoroughly during our in-home meeting (phase one).
• Expectations and Logistics: this initial consultation is a great time to share your expectations about working with a designer, your preferred level of involvement, and any communication preferences.
If you're ready to move forward with our team after your discovery call, your designer will send over a contract for you to review along with an invoice for the initial deposit. Deposit amount is unique for every project and is calculated based on project site location and the size of your space(s).
Phase one of your service (on-site consultation) will begin after deposit is paid and your contract is signed. Accent Prone retains the right to decline any project inquiries that fall outside the scope of our services or are not a good working fit for our team.
