Growing up just outside the furniture capital of the world, Cheri has been immersed in furniture and design her entire life. As a child, she loved creating cut-and-paste design collages, which naturally evolved into her passion for interior design.

Since co-founding Accent Prone in 2012, Cheri has been designing homes and using her instinctive love for design to create spaces that feel comfortable, stylish, and uniquely personal. She has a knack for playful patterns and bold wallpaper, a love for natural materials like marble and raw wood, and a belief that every space should have an unexpected element that makes it truly stand out.

When she’s not working, Cheri loves spending time with her two sons, Brooks and Beckett, fully embracing life as the outnumbered girl in the family.

Growing up with two parents in the furniture industry, Justin was immersed in the business from an early age. What began as a childhood curiosity soon developed into a lifelong passion, guiding him through years of hands-on experience: assembling furniture, designing showrooms, traveling to major markets, and even designing his own furniture as a creative side venture. His foundation ultimately led him to co-found Accent Prone with his wife, Cheri, where his deep appreciation for artistry and quality continues to shape the collections he curates in-store.

Known for his creativity, eye for detail, and knack for space planning, Justin thrives on helping clients bring their vision to life and creating homes that feel both personal and inspiring. Beyond the showroom, he treasures time with his two sons, Brooks and Beckett, loves catching live music, and never passes up the chance to pull off a memorable prank!

With a degree in interior design paired with her warm and approachable personality, Julie has natural ability to connect with clients and help them create spaces that feel personal and true to their story.

Julie’s personal style gravitates toward classic design with unexpected modern touches, and she loves seamlessly blending old and new for a fresh yet timeless look. In recent years, Julie has expanded her expertise into commercial interior design, bringing her talent in making cozy and functional spaces to a broader range of projects. When tackling a new design, her favorite part of the process is creating “the palette”: the perfect combination of fabrics, finishes, colors, and textures to use in the space.

When she’s not designing, Julie enjoys gardening on her family farm, baking, going to country concerts, and doting on her four Maltese pups!
