Welcome to Accent Prone
“To be accent prone is to curate your belongings with creativity and passion, to share pieces of yourself with confidence and style, and to be bold by design.”
Growing up right outside of High Point, North Carolina with parents in the furniture and retail industries, shop owners Cheri and Justin have been immersed in furniture and design for their entire lives. With their combined heritage and passion for the details, the husband and wife duo noticed an opportunity to create something truly special in their hometown: a lifestyle boutique with furniture, home décor, fashion, and jewelry that celebrate personal style and thoughtful living.
Accent Prone started from a simple idea: a store that feels like home, where customers can discover pieces that truly reflect their individuality. Justin’s eye for quality craftsmanship and Cheri’s flair for eclectic accents are evident throughout Accent Prone’s showroom-style sales floor, and backed by our passionate team of associates with backgrounds in design, customers can expect to be surrounded by inspiring furniture displays and decorating ideas each time they visit our shop. From rustic to contemporary and everything in between, you’ll surely notice an array of one-of-a-kind pieces you won’t find in big-box stores.
Since opening day in June of 2012, our flagship location in Kernersville has grown to include a boutique of women’s clothing, jewelry, and gifts, all under the same roof as our immersive furniture showroom. Whether you’re working on a full living room remodel or just looking for a new piece of jewelry, you’re sure to find the perfect pieces within our wide variety of product offerings.
But for Cheri, Justin, and the talented team that backs our small business, it’s not just about offering beautiful things – it’s about creating an experience. When you step into Accent Prone, you're not just shopping; you're connecting with stories, ideas, and inspiration that will help you create a home and wardrobe that truly reflects who you are.
