Rowe Warranty

The Rowe Warranty is exclusively offered to you, the original purchaser and owner, as a commitment to quality and care. Please review the following information to familiarize yourself with Rowe's warranty and learn how to register your purchase to receive coverage.

General Warranty Details

The Rowe Warranty only applies to furniture used for normal residential purposes. All warranties cover labor for one (1) year only.

FRAMES AND SPRINGS

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Frames and spring systems are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product.

SLEEPER, RECLINER, SWIVEL CHAIR, AND ROCKER MECHANISMS

Five Year Limited Warranty

Motion mechanisms and specific fixtures are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for five (5) years (this includes, but may not be limited to, swivel/rocker bases and sleep sofa mechanisms).

RECLINER MOTOR & ELECTRONICS

Three Year Limited Warranty

All recliner motors are under warranty against failure or manufacturing defects for three (3) years on parts and one (1) year on labor to replace the motor or electronic components.

FABRICS, LEATHER, BACKFILL, ZIPPERS, AND FASTENING

One Year Limited Warranty

• Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are under warranty for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer, but ONLY if any cleaning conforms to industry standard methods. This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading, or pilling. Any self-treatment or retailer-applied soil repellent voids this warranty.

• Back pillow filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year against the loss of foam resiliency.

• Foam filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year against the loss of foam resiliency.

•Zippers and seams are under warranty for one (1) year against failure, including seam slippage.

Cushion Warranty

Normal softening and settling of the foam and fibers over time is a positive result of the natural break-in period and should not be confused with a defect. This process contributes to the overall comfort and feel of the cushions, ensuring they adjust to your unique seating needs. While foam will soften, it should not lose resiliency or the ability to recover from compression. Polyester wraps used to create surface softness will lose some of the initial loft over time, which will contribute to cushion settling and showcasing some comfort wrinkles. Comfort wrinkles are not a defect, but rather a byproduct of a nicely settled-in sofa.

Foam cores are warranted for 3 to 7 years against manufacturing defects and loss of resiliency, subject to normal use.

Note: unless a cushion change was specifically requested before ordering, most items will be built using the standard Cloud down cushion. This is labeled as “DOWN” on the Law tag underneath the seat cushion on your product.

Warranty Registration

To register your product under Rowe’s Warranty, you will need the following items:

• A photo of your item’s law tag (located underneath the seat cushion)

• A photo or digital copy of your sales receipt (if you are missing this, please contact your designer or reach out to Accent Prone for support).

Once you have these items, please visit Rowe’s website to complete the registration process.

SECTIONAL REGISTRATION

If you are registering a sectional, you must enter the Style Name and Serial Number for each piece. Click “Add Piece” under the Style & Serial Number section of the form and enter the requested information exactly as-shown on the individual law tags. Please upload photos of all tags. All pieces must be registered in order to be eligible for warranty coverage.

MULTI-ITEM REGISTRATION

If your order contains multiple items (i.e. one sofa and two accent chairs), please submit a separate form for each item.

Claims

To request service under Rowe’s warranty, please contact Accent Prone first:

We will need the following to begin the claim process:

• Photo of the law tag(s) found underneath the seat cushion.

• Several photos of the damages or defects. Please include photos from several angles, close up shots of the affected area(s), and at least one (1) image where the entire product is in frame.

• A description of the issue. Please include as much detail as possible.

Once we receive the above information, Accent Prone's team will handle the rest of the process. Certain defects may be repaired in your home with your authorization for the first year. In the event that repairs need to be made at Rowe’s service center, Accent Prone will schedule pickup and subsequent service. The Rowe Warranty does not include the cost of transporting the furniture to and from the Factory Service Center after one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Depending on the extent of the repairs necessary, most claims are typically fulfilled within 4-6 weeks.
